Siam Padel is a climate-controlled premium indoor sports facility where the game of padel meets a vibrant social community. Designed specifically for Thailand's tropical climate — full all-day usability, year-round.
The facility serves as a recurring lifestyle destination for expats, affluent Thai's, and international visitors — generating consistent high-frequency traffic with peak hours in the evenings.

The goal is to build a recognizable premium sports brand in Thailand — a business built on repeated community engagement, not one-time visits.

We are specifically interested in rooftop, top-level or large-scale spaces. Alternative areas within a complex may also be considered. Priority: Central Floresta Phuket area.
Lightweight steel structure with insulated walls and roof. Engineered for load compliance, designed to respect structural limits of the host building.
Target opening: 9 months after lease signing. We move quickly once a location is confirmed.
